Chobots!

An agent is a regular chobot, just like you and me, that was chosen for standing out by being extra nice, and helping more people than the average chobot. If there aren’t  any moderators around, you can go to an agent with your problem, and they will usually listen, but remember that they are people too, and shouldn’t be bombarded with questions such as  ”Can you make me an agent?” or ” Be my buddy!” Agents can only recommend a person to become an agent, but the decision is theirs, not yours so don’t force them to make you one, because then you might not become one. My rule is to treat moderators and agents like people, not gods!
